I think it’s best that the client or the potential partner, as we call them, know a little bit about our small group. I decided to write about every one of us from my perspective. We will start with our Support Specialist Mr. Hisyam Darwis.
Who is Mr. Hisyam Darwis?

We called him “stoner”. He looks like he is out-of-this-world most of the time. But never underestimate that blank deep stare to the sky. He is thinking about how best to support our customers. During the many moons he is with us, he has revamped several support operational procedures and has extended our capacity and capability in migrating our solutions.
Stoner is from East Malaysia. The only one from that region. There is a mystic to the location. Land of the Hornbill as for us to dream. Stoner likes to dream. He sleeps or hibernate as much as he can during off office hours. But these hibernation theory does hold true too. He is responsible for early morning check on all systems and applications before the users walk into the office in the morning. So, this Hornbill walks the night and work during the early morning. During the weekend, he recluse himself to his cave and on the bed.

Mr. Hisyam will be engaging with customers for all support matters. During peak times, he will be having his phone to his ear, guiding users to access the applications. Other times, he will be working with our partners, ensuring system upkeep and usability. When things slow down, he will be on top of the Production Database. He is currently working on integrating AWS QuickSight to produce analytic functionality. This will later merge into a machine learning model for direct inference during the partners decision making.
