Applications Meeting for Seamless Workflow Integration
We had a successful user acceptance meeting for the latest E-Claims apps. This is a work in progress for the last 6 months. The E-Claims started with an E-Claims Express app to initiate data collection. We started with the same GUI design and enhanced the GUI with additional functionality along with polling and embedded business process logic.
Along the way, the upgraded E-Claims app includes VO and Attachment module. We have also added Lazada-styled steeper claims’ status GUI.
Immediate feedback from the users is positive. The GUI has provided a pilot-style dashboard during processing of claims with all relevant info consolidated into multiple tabs. Once the claim is created value is auto calculated based on business rule. Claims are moved along a changeable defined business process through business model.
It was a successful users’ engagement, and we are moving forward with SSO and Role-based credential integration.
Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.
